Snooker is a gentleman's sport.As it is part of the game, snooker players usually remain calm and don't express in a violent or out of norms' way when gets frustrated. But sometimes it gets nasty.
Something real controversial happened in 1996 when Ronnie O'Sullivan played Alain Robidoux of Canada in World Snooker Championship.In the last frames the 20-year-old Ronnie O'Sullivan decided to play several shots with his left hand (as he usually does) which pissed Alain Robidoux off and thereforeAlain decides not to concede despite being way behind with no chance of winning.
At the end of the match, in which O'Sullivan produced two century breaks, Robidoux did not shake hands. "He started it. He didn't shake hands with me at the start, so I did the same to him,'' he explained.
The feud continued when O'Sullivan then savaged Robidoux in a radio interview. "He was rubbish - he shouldn't have been on the same table as me. I was rubbish as well, but I still beat him 10-3,'' said O'Sullivan.
When asked why he had played left-handed, O'Sullivan added: "I felt comfortable playing left-handed. I've made 90-breaks with my left-hand - I'm better with my left hand than he was with his right.
Later on Ronnie O'Sullivan was summoned to a disciplinary hearing in response to Robidoux's formal complaint, where he had to prove that he could play to a high level with his left hand. He played three frames of snooker against former world championship runner-up Rex Williams, winning all three. The charge of bringing the game into disrepute was subsequently dropped.

The Luca Brecel of Belgium aka Belgian Bullet thinks so and has said it several times that there should be more expression of the passion and emotion in the game of Snooker.Luca Brecel (born 8 March 1995 in Dilsen-Stokkem) is a Belgian professional snooker player. He won the European Under-19 title at the age of 14 and is the youngest player to play at the Crucible after qualifying for the 2012 World Championship aged 17. targeting two more world titles in the next eight years.
The Rocket won the 32nd ranking title of his career and fourth one of the season with a resounding
10-3 victory over Ding Junhui although that staggering tally doesn't even
include his record seven Masters crowns and countless other non-ranking prizes. The five-time world champion is still chasing Stephen Hendry's records of seven Crucible crowns and 36 ranking titles but, at the age of 42, even he's raised question marks over whether he'd mentally be able to achieve his primary goal again. Ray Reardon at 45 years, 203 days was the last player to win the world title in their 40s way back in 1978 so it's asking a lot. Nevertheless O'Sullivan is currently the man to beat at every tournament he enters and is once again Sky Bet's favourite to win this week's Welsh Open where he's into round three after beating Graeme Dott in round two. Enjoying his evening off from playing in the Eurosport studio as a pundit, snooker's most popular player was asked how long he'd keep playing for. He said: "I think I can still win tournaments when I'm 50 - as long as I pace myself well. I'd like to win another two world titles in the next eight years before I get to 50.If he does continue for another eight years, then he'll almost certainly go beyond 1000 career century breaks - he's already on an unprecedented 933 at the time of writing which is 158 more than the retired Hendry.
Asked about how he plans to play snooker for as long as he can, the Rocket said: "I don't enjoy practicing and that's why I don't play so much. I didn't play for a month after the Masters and just went to the Grand Prix to see what happened."I just try to enjoy my life now and to stay in good shape. I'm looking for longevity so I'm trying not to get sucked into every tournament like the other guys do."I look at a lot of them and they look overplayed and burnt out to me. While they're burning themselves out I'm trying to recharge myself." He was spoke about how he doesn't have the burden of feeling like he needs to win tournaments for the money, unlike other professionals: "I see myself as semi-retired now - a part-timer in many ways.
"About 70% of the tour are under pressure because they don't make any money - and that's a huge pressure to play under. And some of the top players are struggling as well.
"I've kind of felt in that boat because unless you've won tournaments you look back at the end of the year and think 'I haven't really got anything to show for it'."I didn't feel comfortable investing my time in something that could possibly leave me with nothing so I decided to work with Eurosport, do some exhibitions so I feel like I'm OK."So if I don't do well in tournaments, the pressure's not there to win and make money. It's a bonus to me whereas the other players are having to win tournaments or get to the quarter-finals just to pay the bills. I wouldn't want to play the sport if I was feeling like that."Asked about a future modelling career he joked: "I model balaclavas."

15-year-old Sean
Maddocks from Liverpool has become the youngest snooker player to score a 147
break in competition, beating the previous record held by Ronnie
O'Sullivan.Maddocks was aged 15 years and 90 days in July 2017 when he achieved
the feat against Jake Nicholson during their last 32 match at LITEtask Pro-Am
Series in Leeds.O'Sullivan was just eight days older when he completed his
maximum.The Rocket' has made a total 925 century breaks in his professional
career, more than any other player, and he also holds the record for the most
maximums as a profession with 13.Maddocks is the current Merseyside Open
champion and is coached by Neil Johnson.
Speaking to the World Professional Billiards and Snooker Association (WPBSA)
Johnson spoke of his high hopes for Maddocks.
“I’ve trained
Sean from the age of 10 and could see he had something special from the very
beginning. Thankfully he also has a great work ethic to go with his undoubted
talent." Johnson said. “As with all young players, there is still a long
way to go if he is to achieve his potential, but he has as good a chance as

riband event of the new World Seniors Tour will be held at The Baths Hall in
Scunthorpe between the 20th and the 24th of March in 2018.

After Missing out on Couple of Tournaments Ronnie O’Sullivan is back to snooker action and will face Robert Milkins in the first round of the Ladbrokes World Grand Prix in Preston next Monday.
The world ranking event runs from February 19 to 25 at the Guild Hall with snooker’s biggest stars battling for a top prize of £100,000. The top 32 players on the have qualified for the tournament. Five-time World Champion O’Sullivan tops that list and he will face Milkins on the opening evening of the tournament. In the same session, Luca Brecel faces a match against Michael Georgiou, who earned a place with a dramatic victory in the final counting event, the Coral Shoot Out. Other first round clashes to look out for include John Higgins against Ali Carter (Tuesday afternoon), Judd Trump taking on Michael White (Tuesday evening) and Mark Selby against Jimmy Robertson (Wednesday afternoon).
